BIOGRAPHY

Hairstylist Marco Guglielmino began his freelance career in Tokyo, styling and instructing at Toni & Guy where he picked up an eastern concept of hairstyling and a new attitudes toward color and cut. He has worked as an International and Nation design team member for Matrix for thirteen years as well as holding the title of Architect of Design at ALFAPARF. With sixteen years of experience in the beauty industry Marco has showcased his work globally and continues to travel worldwide as a master colorist and educator.

His stylings have hit the red carpet on the heads of Susan Sarandon, Hillary Duff, Gloria Estefan, and Tyra Banks. From magazine such as US weekly, Glamour, Estetica, Surface, Marco has worked with well-known photographers such as Louis Greenfield, Juan Algarin, Fadil Berisha, Phillip Toledano, Amber Gray and Beva & Stratus. His work has also appeared on the fashion week runways of such top designers as Tracy Reese, Cynthia Rowley, Carlos Campos, Project Runway, Andy and Deb, Jill Stuart, L.A.M.B., Zac Posen and Future Fashion.

In his private and intimate studio in SoHo, NYC, Marco adapts his technical skills in cutting and coloring to each client. "My goal with every client," Marco says, "is to create that perfect haircut based on bone structure, body shape, lifestyle, and overall image. I use color in a modern way to create a luxurious texture within the hair, leaving it shimmery and full of movement."
